The Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communication, as the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. You’ll be at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy, spearheading initiatives that support our ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven growth marketing strategy to expand customer acquisition and market share in the logistics space.

Demand Generation: Oversee lead generation campaigns, nurture funnels, and account-based marketing initiatives to fuel the sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

o 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in growth-focused roles.

o Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in logistics, e-commerce or a related industry.

o Hands-on experience with performance marketing and demand generation channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, events, partnerships, and email marketing.

o Previous experience in a startup.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a large-scale logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site EHS programs across North America.
  • Certifications: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Architect, build, and maintain the solution of data integration or ETL pipeline.

Job Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, planning, and decision-making processes at Uniuni. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and other business units to provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning, optimize operations, and ensure financial health. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and has a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business performance evaluation, profitability assessments, and growth strategies.

· Strong knowledge of data modeling and data structure

· Demonstrated knowledge of data migration, data quality & cleansing, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) concepts, principles, and tuning strategies

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our products’ usability and driving the overall design process. Your responsibilities will include:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand users’ goals and pain points through discovery and research, translating complex problems into clear solutions.
  • Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across the North American.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products’usability and user experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
