Responsibilities：

Quickly understand business needs and translate them into data, develop and optimize logistics data dashboards and data analysis systems, support data-driven operations, and enhance business decision-making efficiency.
Develop diverse data analysis methodologies and produce analytical reports during regular operations and peak periods, deeply analyze and identify business issues, opportunities, and breakthroughs, and collaborate on horizontal optimization.
Collaborate with data product and algorithm teams to build multi-dimensional analysis, offline modeling, and visualization tools to uncover opportunities, identify risks, provide predictive warnings, and evaluate ROI, thereby enhancing data application value.
Utilize industry, business, operational, and experiential perspectives to proactively discover opportunities through business insights, data analysis, and data modeling, formulate methodologies, and propose solutions and implementation plans.

Requirements：

Over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Analysis.
Extensive experience in commercial analysis with strong business acumen and data sensitivity, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions, and driving their implementation to achieve results.
Proficient in AWS cloud services and SQL, capable of extracting key results from large datasets, with strong data analysis skills and extensive experience in commercial data analysis and modeling.
Excellent logical thinking and rapid learning abilities, capable of quickly acquiring and adapting to new domain knowledge, adept at deconstructing complex problems and applying analytical methods to solve them in a work setting.
Self-driven with strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to communicate and drive projects across functions and departments.

Compensation and Benefits：

Position Overview: The Talent Development Manager is responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of the company’s talent development strategy. This role involves designing and executing various training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and support the achievement of company business objectives. The manager will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that talent development plans meet both organizational and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Human Capital Strategy

Collaborate with the HR Director to implement the company’s talent development strategy
Ensure alignment of talent development plans with overall company objectives
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and propose improvements

Training Program Management

Identify employee development needs and design corresponding development plans
Design, organize, and implement various training courses, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and management training
Manage training budgets and resources
Assess training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously optimize training content

Talent Management

Establish an internal talent pool and improve talent mobility management within the company (including policies and systems for employee transfers, expatriate assignments, etc.).
Establish and continuously refine employee career development pathways, and establish corresponding talent evaluation systems.
Implement and improve the company’s talent review mechanism, and be responsible for the company’s succession planning.

Performance Management

Optimizing the company’s performance management processes
Provide performance management training and guidance to managers
Support the implementation of annual performance evaluations

Conduct employee surveys focused on development needs and career aspirations; handle other ad-hoc matters related to talent development and employee growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or training and development roles
Practical experience in designing and implementing training programs
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in common office software
Budgeting skills
Fluency in both Chinese and English (French is an asset)

The Role

UniUni is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across Canada. This role will be pivotal in implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase company exposure, and attract a broader customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Canadian market and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Refine and prioritise our markets to further expand our global presence and maintain our lead by delivering targeted localised online and offline geographic strategies that adheres to our brand strategy and resonates locally in key markets.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
Developing and implementing a growth strategy to drive demand and new customer acquisition across traffic channels, with a focus on Mass & Brand activities, Search Marketing, Social Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Mobile etc.

Brand Management:

Defining market message and delivering supporting tools including but not limited to website, product factsheets, press releases, industry publications and social media
Lead growth and development of all marketing channels – email, CRM, paid search, SEO, affiliates, partnerships, advertising, direct mail, promotions, events, social media and display.
Strengthen UniUni’s brand presence and identity within the Canadian market.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Campaign Management:

Lead the creation, management, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in C&B practices in both the United States and Canada, with a strong background in payroll operations and a solid understanding of North American tax regulations. This role will be critical in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that support our business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Management:

Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with UniUni’s business strategies and goals

Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks

Payroll Operations:
