Role Overview: As UniUni’s Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events that enhance UniUni’s brand presence, engage prospects and customers, and support the sales team’s objectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events run smoothly and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

1. Event Strategy & Research:

  • Identify, research, and propose tradeshow sponsorships and participation opportunities aligned with UniUni’s business objectives.
  • Develop event strategies that maximize ROI and brand exposure.

2. Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, booth design, catering, A/V setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event materials and experiences.
  • Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event, ensuring timely execution within scope.

3. Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare them for events, including briefing materials, lead collection tools, and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Develop and distribute event-related resources, such as FAQs, talking points, and promotional materials.

4. VIP Events:

  • Plan and execute exclusive events for high-value prospects and customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Coordinate attendee outreach, RSVPs, and on-site hosting to foster strong relationships.

5. Performance Measurement & Reporting:

  • Track and report on event ROI, including leads generated, sales impact, and overall engagement.
  • Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to continuously improve event execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in event management, with a focus on B2B tradeshows, sponsorships, and corporate events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Budget management and negotiation expertise.
  • Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines, including occasional travel.

We are currently hiring multiple Operation Support Specialists to lead and manage our operations teams across multiple locations in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in various regions, supervising data-related tasks, and optimizing standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and standardized operations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in operational support in the logistics or related field.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, capable of focusing on key metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing data tracking systems and templates to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency in management practices and team leadership to supervise adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities to collaborate with personnel across different levels and departments, driving operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with concepts of process standardization, automation, and SOP optimization, with preference given to those with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing automation tools and data management systems to develop and manage efficient operational processes.
  • Ability to review and optimize SOPs, utilizing data analysis to guide changes and ensure their effectiveness.
  • Skilled in organizing training meetings to effectively communicate the usage of new SOPs, automation tools, and data management systems.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • 1-3 years of work experience in the warehouse and logistics industry.Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license in Canada or the United States and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Ability to learn quickly and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively handle unexpected situations.
  • Strong planning, management, and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
