As our business grows rapidly, we are hiring a Warehouse Admin now.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receives, inspects, handle and stocks inbound products
- Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines the condition, and completes paperwork
- Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers, and coordinates schedule
- Communicate effectively with the other departments in the company
- Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor
- Encourage safe work practices in others
- Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance
- Weekly report update
- Other duties as assigned to the position
Requirement:
- College or above, major in Logistics will be preferred
- One year of experience in a management role and two years of experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to structure and implement a high level of process thinking within the area of responsibility
- A well-defined sense of communication, including conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals
- Capable of lifting up to 35lbs unassisted
- Time management and organization skills
- Good PC skills
