UniUni Acquires Shippie to Accelerate Local Market Development, Same- and Next-Day Delivery Capabilities Across North America

RICHMOND, BC. March 19, 2025—UniUni, a leading last-mile delivery company, has acquired and fully integrated Shippie, a Toronto-based regional delivery service, to accelerate its same- and next-day delivery capabilities and fuel local market growth across North America.

Combining UniUni’s vast delivery infrastructure and innovative technology with Shippie’s deep regional expertise and strong local team, this acquisition reinforces UniUni’s vision to build a scalable, high-speed delivery network with expanded service capacity for e-commerce brands.
